The Encyclopedia Britannica is a general knowledge English-language online encyclopedia. It’s trusted widely for fact-checked, insightful articles, biographies, and interactive features. It also includes media rich resources that appeal to all ages. Britannica and a version for children, Britannica Kids, are used by numerous schools as a resource for learning and research. 

COST: While access to some information on the Britannica and Britannica Kids sites is free, most information must be accessed with a yearly subscription of about US$75/year at each site.
